After months of development, redesigns, testing, and community feedback, we're excited to officially announce DevEvil TV v3.0 — the biggest update in the of DevEvil TV.

This update introduces a completely redesigned experience, brand-new features, major quality-of-life improvements, and an important domain change that all users should be aware of.

New Domain: DevEvil TV Has Moved

The most important change in v3.0 is that DevEvil TV has officially moved from: tv.devevil.com to dvevl.top

Previously, dvevl.top was used as the links page for the DevEvil Universe. That links page has now been moved to dvevl.ir while dvevl.top becomes the new permanent home of DevEvil TV.

If you're used to visiting the old domain, don't worry — it will automatically redirect you to the new website. However, we recommend updating your bookmarks and shortcuts to use the new address going forward.

Complete UI Redesign

DevEvil TV v3.0 introduces a complete redesign of the entire user interface.

The new design focuses on:

• Modern appearance

• Better responsiveness

• Improved accessibility

• Faster navigation

• Cleaner layouts

• More user-friendly interactions

Landing Page Redesign

The homepage has been rebuilt from the ground up to provide a cleaner and more immersive browsing experience while making content easier to discover.

Movie & TV Show Insight Page Redesign

One of the most frequently visited pages on DevEvil TV has received a major overhaul. Information is now presented more clearly, navigation is simpler, and the overall experience feels significantly more modern.

The theme customization modal has also been redesigned with a cleaner interface and improved usability, making personalization easier than ever.

New Search Experience

Searching for content is now much faster. Previously, users had to navigate to /search page to search for movies and TV shows. With v3.0, clicking the search button or pressing Ctrl + K instantly opens a modern search popup directly on the current page.

The dedicated search page still exists for users who prefer it, but the new popup search experience makes finding content much more convenient.

New Features

My List

One of the most requested features is finally here.

My List allows you to save movies and TV shows for later viewing.  You can add content to your list directly from a movie or TV show's insight page by clicking the My List button. Once saved:

• The button changes to Saved

• Clicking it again removes the item

• Your collection is available anytime at: dvevl.top/my-list

You can also manage your saved content from the My List page by hovering over an item and clicking the trash icon. Whether you're building a watchlist or simply saving something interesting for later, My List makes it easy.

Continue Watching

Never lose your place again. The new Continue Watching feature automatically tracks your viewing progress and allows you to continue movies and TV shows right where you left off.

Simply return to DevEvil TV and resume your content without needing to remember timestamps or episodes.

Shorts

Introducing Shorts. Shorts lets users browse vertically through videos featuring recently released movies and TV shows. Watch trailers, previews, and short introductions while discovering new content.

You can access Shorts at: dvevl.top/shorts Simply scroll and discover your next favorite movie or series.

New Content Sections

Based on community feedback, we've expanded the homepage with two new dedicated sections located below the Anime category:

Iranian Movies & TV Shows

A dedicated section showcasing Iranian content separately for easier discovery.

Turkish Movies & TV Shows

A dedicated section featuring Turkish movies and television series.

These sections were highly requested by many users, and we're happy to finally bring them to the platform.

While the major changes are listed above, there are countless smaller improvements throughout the website.

Long-time DevEvil TV users will immediately notice updates to:

Open Source Notice

A quick note for our open-source community: Although DevEvil TV itself has been updated to v3.0, the public source code repository is currently still on v2.0. Updating and cleaning the source code for public release takes additional time, so please be patient.

A separate announcement will be made once the source code has been fully updated and released.

The previous domain will continue redirecting users, so you won't suddenly lose access if you accidentally visit the old address.

However, please begin using the new domain whenever possible.
